Contact us
One address, read by the person who would do the work. Tell us what you are trying to decide and we will reply with an honest view — not a brochure.
Email is the fastest route
We are a consultancy, not a helpdesk, so there is no phone queue and no contact form that disappears into a CRM. Write to us directly and you will get a considered reply rather than an automated acknowledgement.
Reply target: two UK business days.
Thirty minutes, free, no obligation. Email us two or three times that suit you and we will confirm one.
Luton, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and London for face-to-face sessions; remote for clients across the UK.
Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time. Email received outside those hours is picked up the next business day.
What to put in your first email
None of this is required — but the more of it you include, the more useful our first reply will be.
- What the organisation does, and roughly how many people
- The decision or problem in front of you
- What you already use (systems, cloud platform, current provider)
- Any deadline — a renewal date, a move, a funding round
- Whether you want advice only, or help delivering it too
Registered office

Anything you send us about your organisation is treated as confidential and used only to answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to deliver the work. We do not add enquiries to marketing lists. See our privacy policy.
Common first questions
Yes — thirty minutes, with no obligation and no follow-up sequence. It exists so both sides can work out whether there is a piece of work worth doing. If there isn't, we will say so on the call.
Sometimes. Because engagements are scoped rather than sold by the hour, availability depends on what is already committed. Say "urgent" in the subject line along with your deadline and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it or whether you would be better served elsewhere.
Of course. Send yours over and we will review and sign it, or ask us and we will provide a short mutual one. Either way, treat the first email as non-confidential and keep it high-level until something is in place.
Our work is aimed at organisations rather than individuals, and typically those of around ten people or more. For smaller needs an IT support provider will usually serve you better and more cheaply than a consultancy, and we are happy to point you towards the right kind of firm.
