2. The information on this site is general
Everything published here describes our services in general terms. It is not technical, legal, security or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation for any particular product, platform or supplier. Do not act on anything on this website in relation to your own systems without advice that takes your specific circumstances into account — which is precisely what an engagement with us provides.
3. No offer, and no contract by browsing
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to provide services. A contract between us arises only when a written proposal or engagement letter has been agreed and signed by both parties. Nothing here creates a consultant–client relationship.
4. Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available. Content, service descriptions and indicative timescales may change without notice, and we may suspend or withdraw the site at any time.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, layout, design, code, graphics, logos and the Valdosa Tech Solutions name and mark — is owned by or licensed to Valdosa Tech Solutions Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not republish, sell, systematically copy, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission. Quoting a short passage with a clear attribution and a link back to this site is fine.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

- introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site;
- scrape or harvest content or contact details for bulk marketing, or send unsolicited commercial email to any address published here.
The address info@valdosatech.org is published so that clients and prospective clients can reach us. It is not consent to receive marketing.

Where we link to a third-party website, we do so for convenience or reference only. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability or privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website — including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from consultancy services is dealt with in the engagement terms agreed with each client, not here.

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy, and our (absent) use of cookies in our cookie policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you use the site is the version that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
11. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
